A message from Michelle:

I’ve been there and tried that when it comes to managing my weight. I’ve lost 45 pounds this time and kept it off for over 2 years. I want to share what I have learned with others. I believe tiny steps are the way to go. Quick weight loss does not last. Trust me, I have tried. I decided on Nobody’s Perfect because I’ve been an all or nothing kind of dieter. I follow a diet plan to perfection, then I mess up…fall off the wagon…eat the wagon…decide that the diet is unreasonable…and go back to my old ways. Once I was able to accept that I did not have to be perfect, those setbacks caused less problems for me. I also discovered that making tiny changes were better for me. I have been an educator for over 2 decades. I have multiple degrees and believe in education. As part of my healthy living journey, I have been focused on learning more about health, coaching, mindfulness, habits for weight loss, holistic health, and more for the last few years. I have read an unreasonable number of books, taken many workshops and classes, and researched many issues related to health. What has stood out for me is using a holistic approach to healthy living. It is not just diet and exercise. It is so much more! That’s what I have to share with others. I want to help YOU achieve better health.
